Refund policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL, NO REFUNDS and NO EXCHANGES

If there is a defect, issue or complaint about an order, customers have 7 days after carrier tracking confirmation to contact us at 4jscreationsbd@spectrum.net. Please include pictures and all details in the email. Please allow 24 hours for review, after reviewing the issue, if determined to be appropriate 4Js Creations by Design will reach out and offer a reprint, store credit or discount on other items. 

Please inspect your order upon reception, if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
