Processing Time All orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Rates & Delivery

- Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days): calculated at checkout
Where We Ship We currently ship within the United States.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.
Lost or Damaged Orders If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at 4jscreationbd@spectrum.net. We'll make it right.
Custom & Print Orders Because all items are made to order, we are unable to cancel orders once production has begun. Please double-check your order details before submitting.
